I started coming to Waltham Abbey with my husband Derek about 15 years ago. We felt welcomed and part of the family in no time and felt the Lord could use us here.

I am the secretary and support the treasurer role as well and try to keep activities for everyone running throughout the year. Always willing to try new things and enable as many people as possible to come and share with us – a lot of it is around food – Always a good theme!

I am a keen hockey player and play competitively each week as well as trying to fit in some golf during the better weather

I think it’s key that as a family we are able to share in activities not only on a Sunday but during the week. We’re keen to get everyone involved in church life so if you feel you have a gift or skill that we could use in the church, please come and have a chat.
